Finding the right boat for you?
How do you go about finding, and setting up the right boat for you? For the past 45 years I have been helping clients find the right boat that fulfills their dreams. For me personally I have owned 42 boats. Why so many? Well I love finding the right one, dialing them in for shorthanded racing/trekking, cruising, coaching, or just fun sailing. Then I sell them to a new owners who will appreciate a well sorted boat. A few I wish I kept, but with five boats in the family now I think we are set.

With my knowledge and passion as an experienced boat buyer, consultant, coach, naval architect, boat builder, production engineer, sailor, running boat yards, and having modified boats. This is a perfect fit for my business.

Once you find the boat within your budget than you have to optimize the boat. You can be lucky and buy one all set up perfectly, but this is rare, and something I have not experienced. We all have very specific requirements, and if you are going to spend the money on a boat, why not have it right?
We can discuss your needs in detail and find your best option. This involves a wide range of items, and they all have to work together, as every owner has different needs. And of course we keep it within your budget, even if that means spreading it out over a few years.
