You buy a new hydro foil, skeg, keel, centerboard, daggerboard, rudder, and it makes noise. It could be a low drone, humming, or a whistle. I have said for decades that if you want to be a better sailor in Archimedes mode you need to windsurf at over 20 kts often. Getting through Rhode Island Winter 2024/25
I started going south to sail and race in 1976. There were only a few years I missed due to too much work in the shop, or being on the West Coast racing in San Fran. Happy Holidays 2024
The year 2024 has been full of great adventures. We spent the month of February in Antigua cheering on Hound. Carol did some interviews for the book and I capture on board and race start stills. While there we fit in a lot of Wingfoiling, thanks to the hound container. The final two weeks in Antigua we were at the Dutchmans Bay Cottages feet from the water.
