WhiteCap Video Summer Update

Happy 4th of July

There have been lots of changes at WhiteCap Video since my last post.  Summer is in full swing, Kincora is in the water, new video hosting site, travel to lakes of northern MN for a shoot, up in the helicopter three times for shoots, Annapolis for shoot, watch the Cup Boats race on the bay, and of course enjoying summer in paradise.

Happy Boys with no resperators

We really do live in paradise.  I have traveled the world and am happy to say Jamestown is the preferred place for us to live.  The island is in its crazy summer mode but with my new Felt cruiser I am beat the traffic and have fun doing it.

We are switching our video hosting to WhiteCap Video You Tube Channel.  We are moving all the videos that were on Exposure Room.  From what we have been read Exposure Room is removing peoples videos for unknown reason and all of WhiteCap Videos have been removed with out warning.  Everything will be back with loads of new videos.  All the videos links in the blog will be updated.  And we will end up with a new web site.  Too bad Exposure Room is either shutting down or clearing house their quality is amazing, but that does not do you any good if they remove the footage.  Oh well time to join the masses on You Tube.

Kincora is in the water and has been sailing as often as we can.  She is fantastic to sail and everything we expected plus.  I am happy to say all of my design ideas work great and it is so nice to be smiling while we blast around the ocean.  Both North and Doyle have done an amazing job with our new sails.  She was surveyed and all I can say is she is a new boat with an old HIN number.

Nice numbers and we are not even dialed in yet.

It has been really fun traveling by way of St. Paul to the North Country of MN for video shoots.  This is my second time for the same client with more in the works.   Easy to see why the land of 1000 lakes is so popular

We had a fun aerial shoot off the Narragansett Beach in Rhode Island.  The classic 12 Meter fleet was racing right off the beach on a hot June Friday afternoon.

And then there were the new Cup Boats racing on Narragansett Bay.  Thanks to Harken I had a fantastic day at Fort Adams watching the races.  Great Fun!

Fun to watch

Ten days and I am off to San Fran for the start of the Pacific Cup. Stay tuned to this blog during the race.  I will be posting from the middle of the Pacific and hope to have a few stills and videos clips posted during the race.  Of course after the race there will be a post race wrap up here.

Have Fun Every Day!
