We have been so lucky this fall with warm weather in Rhode Island. Maybe we will not be iced in Jan/Feb like we were last year for SUP morning adventures.

I have been reading two great books: “Where every you go, there you are”, and “Blink”. Living in the present moment is something that I have always worked hard at achieving. And both these books will help give you the tools to do just that. If you have a loved one who you just can’t think of the right Christmas gift well this combination is a gift they will treasure, and hopefully bring them into the present.

My site is long overdue for a major upgrade and the work has started. Always seems this is the best time of year for me to dive in and bring the site up to date. With my business going through some major changes now is the time. So please bear with me and keep checking back often. Once finished by Christmas time I will have over 500 videos and hundreds of stills for you viewing pleasure. There will also be changes to my blog that will start touching on a wide variety of topics.

I hope you are having wonderful Thanksgiving with family. To me it is one of the best holidays of the year.
